1. Eligibility & Application

The Verified Partner Programme (VPP) is open to qualified professionals in sectors such as dog training, behaviour, and pet nutrition.

Applicants must:
-
Complete the online application form accurately, providing details of their professional background, training volume, and areas of expertise.

Be registered with a recognised accreditation body relevant to their field (e.g., The Kennel Club, Institute of Modern Dog Trainers, International Association of Animal Behaviour Consultants, or another recognised professional body).

Maintain valid membership and accreditation status for the duration of their participation in the VPP.
-

Proof of accreditation may be requested at the application stage or at any time during membership.
-
JR Pet Products reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
2. Approval & Verification
-
Approved applicants are granted Verified Partner status and may use the JR Pet Products Verified Partner badge in accordance with brand guidelines.
-
Verified Partner status may be revoked if eligibility requirements (including accreditation) are no longer met, or if terms are breached.
3. Partner Benefits
-
Verified Partners gain access to exclusive offers and resources.
-
Partners may provide clients with unique vouchers; when redeemed, these generate credit for the Partner (see Section 4).
-
Partners are entitled to promote their Verified Partner status to enhance their professional credibility (see Section 5).
-
Verified Partners may also apply for a JR Pet Products Trade Account to buy and sell products directly within their business operations. This is optional and may be used alongside the VPP.
4. Vouchers & Credit
-
Voucher Use:
-
Partners will be issued vouchers to share with their clients.
-
When a client redeems a voucher, credit is applied to the Partner’s VPP account.
-
Vouchers are strictly for client use only and must not be redeemed by the Partner for personal orders.
-

Credit Allocation:
-
For every voucher redeemed, the Partner currently receives £10 in store credit.
-
Credit is applied to the Partner’s VPP account and may be redeemed for purchases on jrpetproducts.com.
-
The £10 credit amount is subject to change at JR Pet Products’ discretion. Any updates will be communicated to active Partners.
-
Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, refunds, or transferred between accounts.

Expiry & Validity:
-
Credit remains valid for 12 months from the date applied, unless otherwise specified.
-
Expired credit is automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
-

Misuse & Fraud:
-
JR Pet Products may suspend or revoke vouchers and/or credits in cases of misuse, including but not limited to:
-
Partners using vouchers for their own purchases.
-
Unauthorised public distribution of vouchers.
-
Fraudulent or misleading conduct.
-
-
Misuse may result in termination of Verified Partner status.
-

Amendments:
-
JR Pet Products reserves the right to amend or withdraw voucher and credit schemes at any time.

5. Promotion & Representation
-
Verified Partners are encouraged to share their status publicly, including on:
-
Social media platforms.
-
Training groups, business pages, community forums.
-
Professional websites, newsletters, or email signatures.
-
-
Partners may use the official JR Pet Products Verified Partner badge/logo in line with brand guidelines.
-
Promotion must:
-
Be accurate, professional, and reflect positively on JR Pet Products.
-
Avoid misrepresenting the nature of the partnership (e.g., no claims of exclusivity or employment).
-
Not alter or misuse JR brand assets.
-

JR Pet Products reserves the right to request removal of any promotional material that breaches these terms or damages the brand.
6. Obligations of Partners
-
Maintain professional conduct and uphold the integrity of the JR Pet Products brand.
-
Remain a member in good standing with their chosen accreditation body.
-
Adhere to any updates or guidance issued by JR Pet Products regarding product promotion or programme participation.
-
Provide accurate information during the application process and throughout their participation.
7. Confidentiality
-
Partners must keep confidential any non-public information provided by JR Pet Products, including pricing, marketing materials, and programme updates.
-
Such information may not be disclosed without prior written consent.
8. Term & Termination
-
The Verified Partner status remains active until terminated by either party.
-
JR Pet Products reserves the right to revoke status if:
-
Terms and conditions are breached.
-
Misuse of vouchers, credits, or branding occurs.
-
The Partner fails to maintain accreditation status.
-
The Partner engages in professional misconduct or activities harmful to JR’s reputation.
-

Upon termination, unused credits expire immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Liability & Indemnity

Partners remain responsible for their own professional services and actions.
-
JR Pet Products shall not be held liable for losses, claims, or damages arising from a Partner’s business activities.
-
Partners agree to indemnify JR Pet Products against claims made by third parties in connection with their services.
10. Modifications
-
JR Pet Products may update these Terms & Conditions, the programme structure, or partner benefits at any time.
-
Changes will be communicated to active Partners. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wales and the United Kingdom.
-
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wales.
