How to Check Your Treat Bank Credit Balance

On a Computer:

• • Log into your account.
  • Click on your initials in the top-right corner and select “Profile” from the drop-down menu.
  • Scroll to the bottom of your profile page to see your Treat Bank Store Credit balance.

On a Mobile Device:

• • Log into your account.
  • Open the left-hand menu and select “Profile.”
  • Scroll to the bottom of your profile page to see your Treat Bank Store Credit balance.

How to Use Your Treat Bank Credit

1. 1. Add your desired products to the cart.
   2. At checkout:

• • If using Shop Pay:
  • Click on the “Payment Method” drop-down menu.
  • Select the “+ Add Store Credit” option.
  • If using Standard Checkout (and logged in):
  • The “Apply Store Credit” option will appear just above the card details section.

Important Note: Treat Bank credits cannot be used in conjunction with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
